Much better sound quality than I expected. The bass is really nice without being too 'boomy' and the sub looks like a rocket launher - bonus ;)!

This product performs & looks just as you would expect from Sony! The sound quality is excellent & it is definitely worth the price!

Bought this as a supplimentary system for my bedroom. Have hooked it up to my laptop and also my DVD player / Bravia to boost the sound output. The sound is definitely improved and certainly adds to the whole AV experience from both sources. The units themselves are very solid and look really good. The sound is pretty decent but the sub can max out (gain is adjustable tho) and the treble can distort at more extreme ranges . . . but then again this isn't a proper hi-fi speaker system. For the money I've heard worse, but don't buy this expecting the THX experience. Does look really sweet and works perfectly for what I want it for, so all in all * * * * 4 stars.
