These speakers look fantastic with my Apple Macbook. The sound they produce is fantastic too. Can't fault them in that department. They are loud enough for me when watching dvd's. However if you want to be deafened whilst watching a dvd then I suggest you look at other speakers.
The only complaint I have is the fact you can't just plug them into your computer and they will work. You have to plug them into a plug socket aswell as your computer for them to work. Also the wires are not particularly long between the speakers so you can't exactly put one on one side of your room and the other on the other side because they won't reach!

Excellent for providing background music -- e.g. to work to, or for computer sound -- this pair of speakers doesn't produce enough volume to be the heart of your main stereo system. The sound is very detailed, though. And there's not a hint of distortion, even when the volume is on max.
Also recommended for taking on holiday to complement your mp3 player -- a low-weight pair that won't take up much space in your suitcase and mean you don't have to wear earphones all the time to listen to music.
