You get what you pay for.October 30, 2008 B. Moran(UK) I got this printer cheap to help me with my home study and ive never looked back. Ive not had any jams on it. My only comment is that the images that i have had to print the dithering is a little of but then its a mono laser that i got for just under 100 so im happy.

Wouldnt touch it with a barge pole. paper jammed a few times when still only a couple of months old but nothing too serious as it was intermittent and sorted by following trouble shooting instructions that automatically popped up. It was only after 12 months - and a particularly busy time in work that it stopped working altogether with intermittent paper jam becoming permanent. I expect more than 12 months printing from a printer. I hadn't even changed the toner. Another waste of cash and addition to land fill.
