Not very good April 23, 2008 Mr. J. F. Clarke (England) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I had this thing for a few months and it was fine. Good quality prints, average times of printing. But, as other reviewers have mentioned, the ink cartridge ran out, as did my paper (which of course Kodak makes sure you can't use any other kind of paper except there own high price products). So like a shmuck i bought them both, i got enough paper but the problem was the cartridge, or should i say the printer entirely. You see this printers build is absolutely terrible, it can fall apart on its own without tampering with the screws, so it is unfortunate that you can't just pop in a new ink cartridge, oh no you gotta rip this thing apart, eagerly trying to replace the ink cartridge. So i took out the old one no problem, then I may have done something wrong, but rest assured i tried my best to put a new one in, it was EXACTLY the same as the one i removed and yet.. it didn't go in! there was a large chunk of metal machinery in the way. i looked in the manuals and all the other crap that comes with this bint, and nothing, i take the thing apart (easily) and try to forcefully remove said chunk, nothing.. so no more prints for me.. which is a shame because the 2 stars this got was for the camera, which is quite good. shame the video recorder can't have sound.. i won't even bother whining about the software problems and annoyances if i haven't convinced you not to get this yet . Avoid this monstrosity.
Good for home use! March 28, 2008 Ms. R. L. Wright (Solihull, West Mids) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This printer is brilliant for people who like to select various photos to print without the wait in the shop. It is easy to use and the printing quality is brilliant. The photo packs can be quite expensive and there are no other photo packs that will fit in this printer however if you shop around you can find deals on these, especially on amazon! I love my printer dock and would recommend anyone else getting one!
Avoid this horrible peripheral at all costs March 26, 2008 Hyoscine (England) 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
I've found owning this printer to be a consistently awful experience. The build quality is pretty terrible, and the lack of a basic LCD screen has made diagnosing the frequent error messages incredibly frustrating. What I believe to be inexcusable though, is this nasty little machine unrelentingly trying to force it's proprietary software onto my unwilling PC. Like a drunk unlicensed taxi driver, it just will not take no for an answer. So, now I save my finished images in Photoshop, open them up in Kodak "EasyShare", decline starting a Gallery Account, avoid Ordering Prints Online, and die a little inside every time I attempt to print something. If the printer deigns to present me with something other than an indecipherable light show, the colours won't have aligned on the image. I'll be left holding something I initially found delightfully Pop Art, but now just makes me want to cut myself.
Kodak printer dock rules! September 23, 2007 buzzincruz (cornwall, UK) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
Have got 2 myself as one has been constantly used for luxury (yes, I am that vain!)on daily basis and selling the other one to share the excitement around! So easy to use and the quality is at its best. The only downside is that you should keep it properly packaged when you go traveling as it is fragile! Best option is to go and get one of those special travel bags here on Amazon! ;p
What a cracking buy August 12, 2006 Muffin (London) 18 out of 19 found this review helpful
I recently purchased a Kodak C360 - This is a great little printer easy to setup and very easy to use. The quality of the prints are brilliant, the colours are true and the finish of the prints I could not fault. I have purchased this for one off special prints. It is not a replacement for large quantity printing, it would not be that economical. I purchased an extra pack of 40 sheets 4x6 print paper plus cartridge at the same time, another good buy from Amazon. Again packing and delivery excellent. I checked the prices of both these items on the Kodak website. Amazon came up trumps on the prices.
