Canon quality is unbeatable! January 28, 2004
I managed to ruin my printhead by dropping a piece of bluetack down the back, causing paper to be pulled in and jam. The printer would try and keep printing though, which wasn't very good for the printhead. Now I have this new one, and it works like a dream again! Plenty of ink and great quality. Don't use those remanufactured cartridges - one of the jobs of cartridges is too keep the printhead cool, so prolonged use of the fake ones can have a detrimental effect as they use cheap ink. I do have a few fake ones, but use Canon ones on a ratio of about 3:1, keeps it happy (I hope).
