As you would expect from Canon a nicely constructed product that screws into the tripod bracket & clips over the top of the camera to allow either the 2 times converter or wide angle lens to be fitted. It has another tripod screw thread on this bracket. I would suggest that a tripod is sensible when using the 2 times converter. Very handy for getting really close.
