Nice piece of kit June 5, 2008 N. Doyle (Aylesbury, England) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is the first piece of hardware I bought to expand on my online flight sim experience. I already have a Saitek joystick. The hardware itself is quite nice. it comes with extra knobs for the levers so you can configure it as you like. It is also designed to mount side-by-side with a second unit seamlessly, giving a four engine config if required. On the downside, the newer Saitek software was a bit tricky to install - it kept redetecting ALL my devices for a while. It also somehow contrived to knock out my BT Internet browser, a very unexpected problem which i have not been able to fix. It also has made it difficult to reconfigure my joystick for keyboard presses, which I use for my push-to-talk buttons. Overall I really like the kit and I will by a second unit when funds allow!
