I saw a review on Amazon from a Mr Simmonds recommending a company call advantage online saying that they stock a premium compatible 15 black cartridge that holds 46mls of ink rather that the hp original that only holds 25mls. I was rather doubtful about this as I have tried cheaper copies of these cartridges a few years ago and found them to be RUBBISH.
But I placed my order anyway as I'm getting fed up with paying HP's over inflated prices. The cartridges 1 black 15 and 1 colour 78 arrived the very next day (1st class post). I have only used the black so far and its just the same as the HP cartridge that I replaced that was empty. I have been using it for about a week and the ink level monitor is still showing as full. THANK YOU!!!!! for the good advice.......
Laser Quality from an ink cartridge? July 8, 2001

In a perfect world we could all afford a laser printer and be able to produce documents with outstanding print quality. Unfortunately most of us must stick with a bubble jet printer either on grounds of cost or because of the need to print conveniently in colour. Often quite acceptable print quality can be achieved by an ink based printing system only to be spoiled by inferior dispersal or drying of the ink medium. I am delighted to report that the print quality using the HP C6615D black ink cartridge is superb. The spread is finely controlled giving extra-sharp lettering and the ink is touch dry almost instantly - true, an extra few seconds are required before the ink is fully smudge-proof. The cartridge fits easily and precisely into the carriage mechanism of the printer and remains perfectly aligned throughout its usefully long life. A very high quality product.
