I recently got this laptop and have been very pleased with it. I am not a technical person so I cannot pretend to be an expert but it is easy to use and the settings are easy to change. It seems very fast to me and looks beautiful.
The only problem is the battery - if you leave it in the machine even though it is switched off it drains the battery. You have to take it out completely! If you do this there are no problems and the battery lasts quite a long time (3 - 4 hours). That is the main reason I wrote this review becaue when I first noticed this problem I had to do a lot of research on the internet to see what was happening, when I took it back to the shop they gave me a new one which was exactly the same! It seems that this is a problem with Sony laptops and something they think is acceptable. As I love everything else about this laptop I decided to keep it.
