Great June 14, 2007 Mr Pedro (UK) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Had this camera for about a year now and am really impressed. Its ideal for nights out or the odd snap at home. Has some really great features like b&w, sepia and negative and have had no problems with the camera at all. For the price I think it must be the best value around.
Bargain June 8, 2007 EvoIX (North Wales) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
Great little camera at an unbelievable price. This was a replacement for the same camera that was nicked from my wife's bag in Cape Town. It is light, easy to use with the intuitive menus and controls and takes good quality pictures. Recessed on-off switch is useful and large LCD screen makes it easy to frame the shot. As a "snap" camera it's perfect and at 50 you won't find a better one any time soon.
Easiest digital camera June 6, 2007 Mr. W. J. Pritchard (Scotland) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
This camera is so easy to use, the on/off switch doesn't stick out like the Nikon Coolpix camera (which switches itself on and off in your pocket), but is still very accessible. The Samsung menu is easy to understand, all the functions are self explanatory, and developing the pictures on the computer and printing them is a joy. I've had many good comments about the pictures from family and friends.
Excellent First Camera June 5, 2007 H. Mobbs 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
It's very easy to use and to navigate around the menu screens. I was surprised how small and light it actually was when I received it. Dispite the lack of optical zoom it still takes brilliant quality pictures from long distance. Having never owned a digital camera before I am very pleased with this camera, it is perfect for a first camera! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good value for money camera.
Excellent value June 5, 2007 Caroline (UK) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This was my first ever digital camera and, after a night of fooling around with it (and finally working out which way up the batteries went) I was able to work it all out. The auto flash is really handy and it takes really quite good pictures, and the software/cable all seem to be in good order. Not entirely sure why most digital cameras are so expensive when this one seems to be almost perfect. Taking it away at the weekend to Paris, can't wait. The only downside is the lack of a lens cover so I recommend you buy a camera case/pouch as well for a few quid to protect it.
