Don't trust this 'Trust' product July 22, 2008 Ian Murphy (uk) I too bought this four way usb adapter so I could 'gang-up' my bits and pieces. You know how it's getting, with a camera, printer and ipod... The big problem is with the pieces of plastic inside the usb sockets themselves. These obviously act as some kind of spacer/insultator from the metal contact prongs and will just come out with repeated use. Not fit for the job. Better buy another!
Great Little Hub March 13, 2008 Mike Newton (Cheshire, UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Bought two of these USB hubs, one for our iMac and one for a new Windows Vista laptop. It works a treat on both systems and also works on an old Windows 98 PC too! Most of the time, I find I don't need the power supply as the majority of my devices aren't that power hungry. Although it is great for charging games controllers and things up when all my devices are off. The only down side is the intensely bright indicator light makes everything in front of it turn blue! Although it is handy for looking round the back the computers!
Small, simple, but a bit bright February 22, 2008 N. Johnson (UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Bought this to add more USB ports to a Mac Mini. Seems to work fine with keyboard, mouse, digital camera, etc, but not a USB webcam (annoying, but that now plugs directly in to the Mac). The only major issue I have with it is that the blue light is very, VERY bright! It is in our guest bedroom/home office and the blue light keeps guests awake at night unless I cover it with black tape.
Windows Vista Compatability January 3, 2008 Box58sl (Wales UK) 6 out of 8 found this review helpful
I bought this product for my lap top after reading three good recomendations. However my lap top has Windows Vista installed and as soon as I connected the hub it caused my computer to continually shut down. I contacted online support at Trust who were next to useless in there advice that they gave me, and as a result I returned the hub and will go and purchase another make other that a "Trust"

Plugged it in, plugged things into it and it works, no problems, it's small and it's quite pretty and has a curiously pleasant little blue light. What else could one want.
