Very Good, but... September 29, 2003
I bought the stowaway after being told that it would work on an iPAQ 2210. After buying it, i found out that yes, the adapter fits, but the driver doesn't. Despite this, I found the keyboard to be very good value for money, but obviously cannot comment on its performance when in use. The keyboard itself feels very stable and sturdy, my only problem is that when mounted on the keyboard the ipaq is a bit wobbly. again, i'm not sure if this is just my ipaq or not.

Having the stowaway keyboard for my H3630 saves carrying around a laptop to Uni. I can write reports directly on to the Ipaq via the full-sized keyboard. The only problem I found was that it was a little unresponsive when I typed at speed.

Nice idea, nice keyboard. Shame it won't (presently) work with your brand new shiny iPaq 3870!

This keyboard for the iPAQ is very handy for the word processing and spreadsheet functions built into the iPAQ. Much easier to use than a HP Jornada 720's built in keyboard. It feels a bit rattley when typing at speed but it works for most of the games too! Why is it more expensive than the Palm equivalent when it's identical though? It's well built though. I've dropped mine onto concrete and the only damage was cosmetic!
