| Customer Reviews:
Not bad at all but not a patch on old Yamaha's September 4, 2008 Justin D. Rumsby (Ipswich, Suffolk, England) OK, sadly my old Yamaha speakers gave out on me after 8 years of great service. After reveiwing as many speakers as I could, I decided to go for a Creative set. Creative are supposed to be the kings of audio. I got these speakers a week ago. When they first arrived they were a piece of cake to set up. However, they wouldn't work. I tried everything to get them to work... nothing! I got a relative to look them over and he found the pins for the volume/base controller were damaged. HE fixed them for me and the controlloer plugged in fine that time. The speakers work fine! However, seems strange that the speakers are depaendant on the volume base controller to work. Another gripe is everytime you load you PC and turn on the speakers, I have to reset the base to how I want it again!!! Every single time which is daft for me. The satilites are a bit on the tinny side for my liking. Thank god the sub can produce some base. Not as basey as I'd expect I must say however, there is enough there not to ruin the experience for me. These speakers do look really cool though. Very good looking pair. When it comes to performance though, they are average and awkward. Not a bad product but, I so miss my old yamaha's. They were the best.
