Hardly used before their was a complete audio failure on one side of headset. Too tight and therefore painful on the ear lobes. Wire too thin leading from controller to earpiece which did not match claims of product advertising. A weak element which either has led to the audio defect or could do in future. A real let down from a normally good brand.

Where to start. Firstly they are VERY uncomfortable. I can not use them as a head set for longer then 20 mins as it begins to become more and more uncomfortable.I have had this headset now for 9 months and i thought it being a "logitech" brand name it would last well over a year or so. The mic does not work any more, its cheaply made, and the wire dont go very far. If you where going to buy this product i would look else where if you want a decent headset that will last you for a while.

I liked it, it works great. Excellent sound quality, both on the headphone and microphone. However, I didn't like it, when I plug/unplug it from my laptop, it just messes up the computer, there is no software option that allows me to plug/unplug it safely, without the sound going all funny.
I also have to point out, it is not comfortable wearing for wearing more than 15mins, it get too hot for my ears, from time to time, I usually have to resort to wearing it on one ear at a time, just to let the other ear breath.
There must be other options out there that are better than this.

very good sound quality in the headphones and very confortable but the mic is rubbish, it didnt pick up any sound unless i shout or take the headset off and put the mic almost in my mouth!
this might have just been a dodgy one but im certainly not buying another

These headphones looking attractive,comfotable and affordable should have been an exellent choice,unfotunalty however they were not.
the way the ear cup is designed means that your ears begin to hurt within minutes of putting then on,which detracts from the use (you just simply don't want to wear them!!) weather it be online gaming,listening to muisc or chatting online.
On the functunality side they do work well with good bass,pitch and range.
however i come back to the point that they hurt you ears,which is the silliest mistake ever seeing as that is what how they are supposed to be used
would also like to point out that tesco are selling them for 19.95
