These transfers are dead easy to use and surprisingly effective. The finish is very professional as long as you use a good quality image.
One tip though, make sure the bottom of your iron is clean as you have to have it on full blast, and any dirt on the bottom will be melted on to the T-shirt.
I would recommend these, particularly as they are cheaper than the Epson versions...

this is fantastic. its easy take a picture and tranfer it. its soo cool you can make loads of tshirts and you will be the envy of your freinds
