Bought this a couple of weks ago for my Garmin Venture Cx and works fine, makes it really easy to transfer routes and maps, to my PC and vice versa in programs like memorymap and topoGB. But heed the advice from the other reviewers and make sure this is the right cable for your Garmin GPS before you purchase it.

This is a standard USB A to mini B connection and will not connect to your GPS read the whole ad I didn't at my own cost. Expensive for what it is.

Beware! This cable does not allow you to connect a Garmin etrex GPS to your PC.
