in what has been called rip off britain its refreshing to find a product that blows the saying if its to good to be true it probably is, right out of the water. i read all the reports on these sreakers and while i dont know what a mid range is all i can say is that if you can find better speakers than this in this price range good luck. and again amazon service was second to none

After months of research, comparisons and testing of many PC speakers available to me, I finally decided to purchase the Logitech Z-4 2.1 Speaker System. So far I am very pleased with my decision based on the amount I paid. Here's a few pointers:
Pro's:
*Insanely cheap for the performance
*Sleek, elegant look
*Wall mountable speakers
*Handy remote with bass control
*Decent bass production
Con's:
*To me, it seems that the system lacks in the mids
Overall, the performance of these speakers is well worth the price I paid and is so good, they easily fill a room of any size. I highly recommended these speakers to anyone looking for speakers and have a pocket of 30- 100.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Just got these speakers and they are awesome! I love my music and am totally addicted to good sounding music, and so I think it is very important to have good speakers that give my music the sound that it does have. These speakers go way beyond this and if anything enhance the sound. The delivery time was rapid, and everything was done proffesionally. I recomend these to anyone who loves music but doesn't like getting nailed by the price. Totally Awesome!!!!

Absolutely amazing! Ordered with the free standard delivery and came in the same amount of time as the "express" delivery. Unpacked it and was set up in a couple of minutes. Plugged it in to my laptop and the sound quality was amazing. Even when on full volume, which was very loud the quality stayed the same. Also the system looks amazing. It has sleek metal bases and the subwoofer looks good to. All in all this is a an excellent buy and is well worth the 45.00

I brought the Creative Gigaworks T-40 speakers based on the quantity of favourable reviews, and i was dissapointed with the low output and high-volume bass distortion on them. I took them back within a matter of hours.
Brought these off Amazon, not expecting the best as they were much cheaper, and i was blown away!
For 45, theyre extremely loud and very clear. The subwoofer kicks out an unbelievable amount of bass for such a small size - i usually have the volume dial on halfway, and the bass on 1/4!
What sets these apart for me is the fact that the very handy wired remote has an extra phono jack on it to input a 2nd audio signal without using a splitter. This way, i have my PC and my Creative Zen mp3 player running through it simaltaneously.
I finally found something compact and simple to replace my aeging sony amp and speakers!
