5 out of 5 stars The best Hi-Fi ever owned!   May 9, 2008
E. Campton (Leicester, UK)
This really is an amazing piece of kit. I haven't used my iPod with my headphones once since buying this over six months ago. The sound is so rich and embracing with the four installed speakers especially when listening to deep sounding acoustic tracks. You could almost be mistaken for being at a live event when sitting about six feet away. The volume levels are also impressive. The only downside that I have found is that the remote control does not always work but I have no need for it.

3 out of 5 stars Doesn't work with iPod Touch   May 6, 2008
BonyM (UK)
My husband bought me an iPod touch and this speaker system for Christmas. I run a baby music group so he thought it would a bit more upmarket (and easier to use) than my CD player!

Unfortunately there are a few issues with compatibility when used with the Touch - sound can't be adjusted and the remote control skips two tracks rather than one each time. My husband contacted Logitech to see if they were able to address the problems but didn't even have the courtesy of a reply.

1 out of 5 stars Rubbish customer experience   April 20, 2008
Mr. C. J. Bates (Herts, England)
If Logitech can't be bothered to manufacture a version with a UK plug, or at least supply a decent adaptor, then don't bother buying the product. The plug is a US one and it simply falls out of the supplied adaptor. All in all a truly rubbish customer experience.

4 out of 5 stars The Charging Problems   April 8, 2008
M. J. Ledger (Surrey, England)
The audio quality is fine. However the whole package, supplied I assume by Pyramid Distribution, is let down by the add-on cheap and nasty 13A to USA two-pin adaptor. I have had it apart and there is no way it is going to work reliably with the supplied Logitech AC-DC converter. It falls out. Fortunately being a Radio Ham I had a USA 2-pin socket to hand. This grips the converter pins tightly and the unit is charging as I speak. Try Maplin for supplies. Please get the Pyramid to change their source / design

3 out of 5 stars Charging problem   April 7, 2008
Richard Wells
It would not charge at first so I did what another reviewer suggested and tugged out the connections a bit. The buttons and remote feel cheaply made.
