Good but dont last September 21, 2008 C. Seward These are a great set of headphones, sound quality is nice, the microphone picks up speech when you want it too. They feel sturdy and have a good build. The only downside is they break easily, the wires inside snap and leave only 1 ear phone work. In 2 years i`ve have 4 pairs of these and I wont buy them again because for 6-8 months use I dont find the price good value for money. They are a really nice set of headphones but due to the time they last are a bad buy.
Keep Away June 4, 2008 R. Agrawal (London) My recommendation is that don't fall in the trap of buying it. If however you choose to buy you most certainly can never be satisfied with its performance. Like they are not at all comfortable, and one can not wear them for more than an hour or you would end up with sour ear. If the purpose of yours is to chat using skype, then because you can't move the microphone closer as it is rigid, you won't be able to chat properly. In my case within 3 months of buying them they have also stopped working and I would suggest, it is better to throw your money in the drain than to buy these and repent.
Nice unit May 9, 2008 Stuart L. Mason (Manhattan, NY) I use these mostly for Skype, and have clear calls all the time. Sturdy enough to sit on a few times accidentally. Music quality is quite reasonable too. I would buy another set if I needed Skype/VOIP - for music, better buying specialist 'phones. For a good mix-purpose unit, I'm quite happy. Not ecstatic, quite happy.
Pretty decent May 2, 2008 xenofan (Nottinghamshire, UK) I've been using these headphones now for about 2 weeks, and so far, I'm finding them fairly decent. The mic seems to be one of the best I've used yet - I can talk quietly and still be heard (others have required me to be unable to lower my voice and still be heard) and the mic itself can be moved out of the way when it isn't needed - unlike other headsets where the mic has hung intrusively in front of my face. The headphones aren't too bad, though I think the sound quality through them isn't as good as some (cheaper) sets I've tried. I don't find them to be the most comfortable set I've ever warn either - the smallest size still fails to secure the headset securely in place, and I often find them slipping after a while (so I have to reposition them). The earpieces are a bit heavy, and I did notice they can get a bit uncomfortable after being worn for more than a few hours, but so far I've not found this to be a major nuisance or anything. The wire is quite long (so when I'm using voice chat, I'm not tied to sit at my desk) though I have found some problems with getting the headset to work if I disconnect them from the computer, then try to replug them in. Overall, they have their plus points and their bad points. I prefer them over the pair they replaced simply for the improvements with the mic.
Uncomfortable fit February 2, 2008 M. Wolf I had a Logitech USB headset before and was really happy with them, so I thought I should by Logitech again. The model I had before seems to have been superseded and the USB Headset 250 had the best reviews. While the old one was well-built and extremely comfortable, I can't wear the 250 for more than 15 - 30 minutes without starting to have ear and headaches, as it puts a lot of pressure on the ears.
