Easy to use and quick May 29, 2008 Jamie (Scotland) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I'm not the most technically minded person, but with the ImageMate it was just a case of plugging it in and downloading (or uploading - I forget which it is) the photos. Worked first time and the card slots are clearly marked for which kind of card they are for. Dont even need to load up any CDs before using it. Would definately recommend the ImageMate to anyone looking for a good quality card reader. No complaints whatsoever.
Rather better than the cheapo "350 in 1" efforts! April 25, 2008 Len Ash (Rutland) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
As others have said, works straight off with XP. Plug and go. Read XD cards and SD cards with no problem. Compared with my no-make thing that only worked every Preston Guild, this is wonderfully quick and reliable. It also has LEDs to let you know it is both plugged in and which slot is active. Reassuring. My only minor gripe is the USB lead is rather short and doesn't allow me to have the docking pod on the desk. Not a major issue. Recommended.
Really impressive April 10, 2008 T. Langford (UK) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Bought this to transfer photographs from different cards to sd card for use on Kodak photoframe. Neat piece of equipment, really easy to use, fast transfer and thrilled with the results.Highly recommended.
Does what it says on the tin.... and better March 28, 2008 J. Davies (Scotland) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is a nice well designed piece of kit. I have a CF reader in my PC which is apparently USB2 but the Sandisk unit is miles faster!! Can also be mounted in its own docking station which is nice. Great product, reads all my cards and very quick.... what more can be said. Well done Sandisk.
just what I wanted February 26, 2008 D. Darby (London) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
With 5 stars from the previous reviews it was a must buy. My reason for buying this device was to transfer selected photo images onto an SD card to display on our TV set, which has an SD card slot. It's simply a case of drag and drop the selected photos to the blank card and they play on the TV. My only criticism is there is no mention of how to write to a card in the instructions, which accompanied the device. As an aside Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 is great software with an excellent tutorial.
