SailorBoy has it right! This is a great product at a third of the price of the Apple replacement which is 49.95 + 5.95 pp and takes 10 days!
The DVD is a very handy guide for those of us who find written instructions extremely frustrating - once I realised I didn't have to watch it in german it came alive for me. These instructions are very good indeed and the ability to pause the dvd and enlarge the viewing area helped enormously. Even with my limited experience in these matters it only took about 15 minutes from start to finish; 10 of those minutes were spent looking for a hairdryer.
I've always loved my ipod mini for it's simplicity and ease of use - with the new lease of life it now has I can see no reason to replace it for a long time to come.

There are cheaper replacement batteries available but they don't generally come with the DVD instructions or the right tools. I recommend the dvd version, replacement is not that difficult but there a re few potentially fatal (for you ipod!) errors you could make that this warns you about. Well worth it the extra 5 GBP over it's rivals.
