headphone socket is smaller than usual so its a pain if the supplied headphones are lost or broken, battery life wasnt even close to '8 hours' it was closer to about 2 1/2, took me a while to connect to computer (had to use 2 USB connections), it doesnt put the songs in order so finding songs is dead annoying and LONG, video player is not good at all, and it's very weak, i only got 5 months out of it before the headphone socket broke and it just froze
also, this was my second one, the first one froze after a few days and had to be replaced
great service etc but the MP4 is CRAP

For 22 I love it just for turning on and playing music. Perfect for kids that want all the latest toys. I put this little thing next to a ipod nano. It won't fit in any nice nano cases because the screen is twice the size and the click button is lower. For 22 it's sweet.

Its graphics are terrible, it is very slow to swtich songs and turn on.
It comes with a charger which is handy if you don't want to have to turn on your computer to charge your MP3 player all the time but it's battery life is so poor it will always let you down.
The ear phones which come with it will last about a week before they fall apart.
A good thing about this MP3 player is you can just drop your MP3's into the file and it will play.

I bought this product and it was one of the worst things i have ever bought and I have bought a lot of things! The soft wear takes up lots of memory space, you can't up-load/down load on to it and it breaks with in an hour of playback. Buy a creative zen instead small efficant and great value for money!!!!

I bought this item before reading the other reviews... but Tecnet have obviously taken the criticism and improved the item. This MP3 player came with a uk charger, very good head phones and an adaptor to make sure they fit the player.....all in all a very good buy
