I am very happy with mine not least because I ordered it free with my Nectar points (!)
Seriously though it is a great product. Water lovely and cool and tastes great. Easy to refill and beautiful colours "flowing" through the water unit (this can be turned off).
At first I thought it was noisy but I have mine in a kitchen and, when I shut the door, I hear nothing. It is a lot quieter than my fridge anyway.
Only downside is I now feel the need to upgrade my kitchen to match this uber-cool unit!
