Rubbish. Henckels should be heavy and durable and come from the "old school" of Knife production.These knives are simply trying to emmulate Global Japanese knives and although useable are a disapointment.

Superb Knives , easy to use and easy to sharpen , a joy to work with , and a brilliant price , have seen these for sale for at least a hundred pound more .
