I bought this as a gift, and was slightly surprised when it arrived. The head on top of the cup lifts out to reveal a body, and a certain part of that body is excited! I hadn't really thought about the name, but a quick web search shows that the English for "pisellino" is "willy". I thought others may appreciate knowing this before they buy it for a sensitive relative!
