No paper filters, no mess, no fuss - just great coffee. Use ground coffee of your choice - put the water in the bottom of the container, put the coffee in the metal filtre (don't overfill) - screw the top back on - bring to percolation on gas or electric, ceramic or cast iron hob and serve. This is such a simple to use item, I love it!
