Great pans, but the non stick coating goes after a year... June 8, 2008 G. Samuel (UK) Yep, these pans are great, the stainless steel construction is the best I have owned, even when dishwashed. However, the non stick coating is really poor, and comes off before you know it! It states in the instructions for use that they are all dishwasher proof, but dont put the non stick pans in if you want them to make it past the end of their first year. I dont know if thats what caused mine to go, but they are whats known as stick-all pans now - the non-stick part has left us for good!!! :-)
Non Non-Stick April 10, 2008 D. Morman (UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought these pans 18mths ago, my husband loves cooking and was over the moon with this item. They have had average wear and tear and have been looked after correctly BUT the non-stick coating has pealed off the 3 pans that are "non- stick", (this happened after approx 12mths usage) trying to get these exchanged/replaced through the warranty is an impossible task. After 6 months of being passed from pillar to post I have given up.. An expensive purchase..Not impressed.. The 2 stainless pans have been fine. They may be Jamie Oliver branded BUT they do not "do what it says on the tin".

These pans are the best pans I have ever owned. Absolutely nothing sticks to them. I must admit I don't put them in the dishwasher, simply because there is no need. All the pans need is a rub round with a dish cloth in soapy water - frying pans also - and they sparkle like new again (even after cooking mashed potatoe) They are wonderful. Must be getting old, never thought I would get this excited over a set of saucepans!!!
Great pans, but don't put them in the dishwasher January 21, 2008 darlinb (Wales) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I love these pans so much I have ordered other pans from this collection; however, after a little more than a years use the frying pans have serious scratches and peeling in the non-stick coating and scratches are not covered under the lifetime guarantee. I believe this was caused by putting the pans in the dishwasher (even though they are supposed to be dishwasher safe). I highly recommend these pans since they are by far the best pans I have ever owned, but be prepared to hand wash the non-stick pans if you want to keep them in good condition.
Good Pans January 11, 2008 C. Lazzari 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was lucky to get these for 70 in the Christmas sale. I do like them very much. My only grumble is the solid lids. I keep having pans boil over because I can't see without taking off the lid what is happening. I love the saute pan the best, really deep.
