Simply brilliant - this versatile casserole dish/cocotte/French Oven is ideal for all sorts of recipes.
My favourite is a hot, chilli mince - use it on the hob to soften up the vegetables, add the stock and other ingredients .....then leave it to simmer on the ring, or transfer to the oven, if baking your accompaniments.
