Customer Reviews:
Complete Junk October 11, 2008 I. McConnell (Scotland) My 82-year old mother has had 2 of these units, the first of which within a few weeks had all the knob markings disappear. A few weeks later the knobs themselves started disintegrating. A replacement arrived with one of the ring warning lights not working. Within a few weeks again, the knob markings again disappeared, followed a short time later by one of the knobs breaking up again. This unit doesn't get heavy use, and hasn't had any aggressive cleaners used on it, but its quality is so poor that it can't stand normal light use. Interestingly, the manufacturers ARE aware of these problems, as they supplied replacement knobs FOC and without question. Unfortunately, unless you have access to special keyed screwdrivers, these can't be fitted. It seems that I can't give 0 stars, so as this will show with 1 star, take it that it's not even worth that.
