Can't believe there are no reviews for this PC yet. I have owned it for months now and still am amazed how simple and functional it is compared to other pressure cookers I had owned. The quality is top range, this pan is very solid, easy to operate and clean. It's very safe to use so you don't need to worry it'll explode all over your kitchen. It saves time cooking, great for meat stews and soups. I cooked beef stew today and it only took about an hour and meat was falling apart, soft and very tasty. Great buy!!
