I am a professional chef and have been for 15 years (all ready !?) I use Henckels now...Why now? I have tried fancy unsharpable Globals, old fashioned Sabatier, heavy victorinox and many more from my colleagues, the result is :Henckels won't let you down. perfect shape, easy to clean, always sharp and good looking. Most of Michelin chefs are using them...A +
