I fell for the colour of this kettle initially, so purchased it, it now sits under the stairs as a spare back up,
if youre looking for a kettle with no frills then its perfect, but im so used to kettles that illuminate the water that i missed this feature, this kettle is so dark that you have to look close up to see if it has water in it.
You cannot really tell if its on or off neither as regards an illuminated button that stands out.
The only thing it has going for it in my opinion is it boils very fast and is a pleasant colour.

I bought the kettle and toaster set approx 6 months ago, and while both initially looked great, and are still working well, the pink kettle has now faded to a dirty white /hint of pink colour. Ruins the whole look of the kitchen. Waiting to hear back from Morphy Richards with their comments..
