With a great degree of fear and trepidation I parted with my money.
What I got in return was a very high quality saucepan/casserole.
I have yet to use it for pasta, but I cook large batches of stew and casserole which I then freeze to make my own "ready meals" and this is superb. It is an excellent big casserol or stove top pot.
I cannot rate this pot highly enough.
It was also only a few more than a much smaller Trivita casserole.

I had to replace almost all my pots and pans for use on my new induction hob. Whilst at the time I thought this was rather an extravagant purchase, it is so versatile that I use it almost every day and the vegetables (organic of course) I cook in it are absolutely delicious. I can recommend this to anyone.
