I bought this gym ball last week and came a week after. This is my first purchase of gym ball so i have no idea how to inflate. It took me around 5 long minutes trying to put the pump to the hole (with the stopper still in place!!). I didnt know that i have to remove the stopper but luckily i tried to attach the stopper remover and it came off easily! The hand pump is not very convenient for me. I thought they will give foot pump just like it shown in picture but instead they give hand pump so that is why i give 4 stars only. All in all im happy with the ball, correct size with my height and attractive colour!!
