These knives look excellent and are a reasonable price. However, they rust (even when they are washed by hand and dried immediately) and the blue coloured paint soom blisters and peels off. Terrible quality. I am in the process of trying to get a refund from the maunfacturer as they have a 25year guarantee!

I felt I should review these knives because although they look great and are a good price, a strange rust has developed - I say strange because they are marked "stainless steel". Well, somehow, this stainless steel stains. Also, the lovely blue lacquer chips off when you wash it - this has continued even when I started hand-washing the knives.
++Amazon recently sent me another set of knives free of charge and refunded me the postage. Way to go Amazon, as the Americans would say. I'll adjust the review if the same problem recurs. The knives are gorgeous and do seem to stay sharp, it has to be said.
