Had it for a couple weeks now and is my first grill. Makes food much better than pans/ovens, heats up quickly, very happy with it. Downside is it only has one temperature and the timer makes sounds but doesn't turn itself off, requiring a constant presence. It's great for steaks, heating up bread, vegetables etc but we tried cooking sausages on it and the skin was well burnt before the inside was reasonably cooked, a problem caused by no temp control.

It heats up quickly. I make a sandwich just like in the cafe. haven't tried doing steaks. Overall, it is nice. However, as it is made of chrome, it is quite difficult to make it look as new. It is very important to clean it right after cooking. It needs care however but it does the job it says.

I was a little sceptical at first and thought it would be waste of money but how wrong I was. I use it for all my grilling as it so quick and easy. This grill is big enough to cook 2 peoples breakfast on a Sunday morning (very healthy as all the fat drains away).
We eat a lot of low fat products and I was concerned the grill would dry these foods out but no need to worry, our burgers and sausages taste better then when done under the oven grill.
Just before using wipe a very small amount of olive oil over the plates as this makes it easy to clean afterwards. I would recommend cleaning whilst it is still warm, I just use a damp j-cloth.
My only complaint is the outside gets just as hot as the inside so make sure you have it in the right place before using it as moving it hurts!! I sit mine on top of my oven as you need enough space above to open the lid and it generates a lot of steam. Once it's cooled I move onto my work surface.

I have had this product since April, when my first one died after only 16 uses( a different brand). This one is really great ;clean it A.S.A.P.after use & it will stay looking good. I especially love toasted sandwiches made in it. In fact I'm in love with it totally !!!Buy one !!!!!!!!!

I purchased this grill on recommendation from my brother who has the Baby George grill. "What have you bought that for?" scoffed my husband, "they're all the same,the food sticks to them and you can't clean them easily what a waste of money ." However on trying it out the next day with pork chops, burgers and sausage he soon ate his words and had to admit he was wrong. This grill is great, as well as cutting down cooking times by over half the time it would take to cook in a conventional oven the grills just wipe clean with a damp cloth. Overall I think this is a brilliant purchase.
