The six second abs is great.It comes with a dvd so you can follow the workout in your living room,knowing that you are doing it in time.The second part of the dvd is an aerobics workout which is pretty hard going but gets easier with practice.
The free Body bow is ace.You feel a bit like Robin hood,shooting arrows.Again the dvd shows you other excercises you can do.The first time I used it,my arms were still aching 3 days after but obviously the mome frequent you use it,the easier it becomes and your body gets used to the workout.
Just one piece of advise with the Six second abs-Don't adjust the resistance.I tried to do that after a couple of years and it broke.The resistance is fine,as it comes.As it turned out,I bought a new one straight away,from this supplier as I certainly had my moneys worth & you get the results.
