This is a brilliant product. Not only does it do all the usual places on your body that a gym ball tones, but I can also do my arms on this as it comes with the resistance tubes. The base is a great idea! You can turn the ball, and it feels much more stable than a normal gym ball.
The DVD is really informative, tells you everything you need to know.
All in all, a great, complete, piece of kit, and well worth the money.
