Cool Tool April 15, 2008 silkobilko 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This thing has pretty much all you need for handling computers, although to be honest do you really need more than a few screw drivers? This is well built with all blades etc held securely in place, open and closed. It is comfortable in the hand, but a little bulky for the pocket. I like the addition of the ball point pen (tucked into the handle), ideal for notes, but expect a cramp if you intend to write out a 500 word report! I note the comment of the previous reviewer ref the loose bit holder. Mine seems to hold the bits well, so perhaps there has been a design modification. The main bit holder grips the bit well with ball bearings locking them in. There is sufficient bit exposure to grip it to pull it out for changing. The spare bits are in a rack, which when closed falls in behind a rounded protrusion which prevents the outermost bit from falling out should you not push it into the housing properly. Overall a good quality knife albeit a tad pricey
One of the most useful things in the world - almost July 9, 2007 IW Smith (UK) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I've had one of these for a couple of years and it is such a useful thing to have in the bottom of my laptop bag. Torx head screw? No problem. Rack mount kit need removing? No problem. Sharp knife or scissors? Great. Just need to open a tin of beans? Yup. My only criticism is the mini socket set doesn't hold the bits very well, nor does the bit holder keep them very safe when you're using another bit. All in all it saves me from carrying around a whole bunch of simple tools - just one neat package.
