This pan (and others in the range that I have purchased) is really nice to use. It has a good weight (not too heavy), appears to be very well made and the lid fits nicely.
I needed to use the copper cleaner that accompanied the pan to clean off marks on the copper that were accumulated during manufacture, but these were fairly easy to remove and the copper was then blemish free.
Food cooked well in the pan, nothing seems to stick and it is actually very easy to wash up. Whilst it is possible to place the item in the dishwasher, the instructions recommend hand washing.

A sturdy ovenproof pan which is reasonably heavy when empty, thus enabling that all important even balance on the hob.
Well fitting lid.
(n.b. There is a protective film on the base, which needs removing before first use - mentioned here because it is easy to miss!)
Then it is recommended to 'season' the pan by applying a small amount of vegetable oil to the inside layer then wiping clean with kitchen paper - (required 3-4 times a year).
Hand washing is recommended:-

'While dishwasher safe, the oxidation process of the copper will be accelerated by repeated dishwasher care. Hand washing in soapy water is recommended. Rinse thoroughly.'
Supplied in a sturdy 'Marco Pierre White' box, with a lifetime guarantee registration card, a Care and Use Instruction booklet (multi-lingual), and a MPW background leaflet along with a sachet of 'Stainless Steel and Copper Cleanser'.
