This is an essential bit of kitchen kit if you are eating pineapples a lot. I do, because I make daily smoothies. All you have to do is cut off the top of the pineapple and select a cutter from the 3 supplied to fit the pineapple and screw the cutter into the pineapple. It is easy to do and you end up with pineapple slices, core and shell, all nicely separate.
I can definitely recommend it.

I added this to an order so that I would get free delivery and as I thought it looked vaguely useful, and I am so glad that I did. It absolutely rinses through, slicing the rind off and removing the core into the central cylinder. Make sure to use it on a plate though as otherwise you will get juice all over your kitchen counter! Leaves a pineapple slinky that you can just tear bits off of when you want to.

Every kitchen should have one! I have avoided buying fresh pineapples in the past simply because we couldn't enjoy the flesh without the mess! Now, it's easy - a couple of turns of the Slicer and it's done! Fresh pineapples are a frequent item in our diet now.

I purchased a pineapple slicer, but it did not have the turn handle. Is there any way I can purchase just the handle?
I bought the second one and it is the best kitchen appliance I have. It is amazing.
