This 3.8M Multi-Purpose Ladder is probably the only ladder you will ever need to buy! It can be adjusted and locked into a variety of positions making it ideal for all of those awkward jobs around the home. I had a small problem initially with the installation I quickly got over this and have used the product several times aready. What a help with triming down bushes and trees.
Recommend this ladder to all and especially to pensioners who have difficulty with conventional ladders.

I am glad that the previous reviewer pointed out the discrepancy between the illustration and the product received. I therefore expected to receive a 4x3 rung ladder and was not disappointed! Once again Amazon provided an excellent service - I ordered the ladder after 6pm on Monday 9 June and it was delivered at about 12.15pm on Wednesday 11 June! My thanks to all concerned.

I have two, one a 4 x 3 and another 4 x 4. These are great and versatile ladders which I would recommend. Although the main picture for the Tooltime ladder shows a 4 x 4 rung the product being sold is a
4 x 3, and is being sold at a widely available price for this specification
