I am glad that the previous reviewer pointed out the discrepancy between the illustration and the product received. I therefore expected to receive a 4x3 rung ladder and was not disappointed! Once again Amazon provided an excellent service - I ordered the ladder after 6pm on Monday 9 June and it was delivered at about 12.15pm on Wednesday 11 June! My thanks to all concerned.

I have two, one a 4 x 3 and another 4 x 4. These are great and versatile ladders which I would recommend. Although the main picture for the Tooltime ladder shows a 4 x 4 rung the product being sold is a 4 x 3, and is being sold at a widely available price for this specification
