Simply plug your main device (TV or Computer etc) into the master socket and when this is turned off power is automatically turned off to the other 6 sockets! In the office we use one to automatically turn off the warehouse printer/water cooler/desk lamps when the warehouse computer is switched off at night. As soon as the computer is switched back on the other devices are switched on automatically! Saves power and time! The lead can be used as a normal extension lead or in the power saving mode as described above.
