Not only does this ab-belt take for ever to set up and get going it actually inflicts pain on you once it is up and running.
These type of belts do actually work, in terms of sucking in your stomach, as I have used a few in my life. My advise spend that bit more on one from slendertone or bodi-tek and get proper results without the discomfort. p.s no I do not work for either company!

Me and my partner bought a few of these several months ago- They stop transmitting the electrical pulse within a month even if you replace the batteries. Not much change in that month either. Not worth it.
