Fantastico! July 24, 2008 Happy Ironer (South Devon) Having just returned from a family holiday I had 6 loads of washing to iron so to make the job a little more bearable I "treated myself" to a new iron. Why did I not buy this sooner?? It's sleek, has a long cord, I love the blue light and it is effortless. I've never enjoyed ironing so much. I used to dread doing shirts before but with this, they're a breeze. Buy it, it's fantastic.
Rolls Royce of Irons July 24, 2008 Ms. A. E. Lavin (Birmingham U.K.) This is the Rolls Royce of Irons or should I say the Ferrari with it's sleek black body and powerful action. I have never enjoyed ironing so much before, now my clothes look super ironed. The heat resistant footplate is a really neat addition.
Next best thing to a steam generator iron July 23, 2008 Tim (Haywards Heath, UK) The best kind of iron is one with a steam generator unit. However, they are bulky and I don't have the space, and this is the next best thing. Excellent performance for a simple steam iron, and auto-shut off is very handy. It looks great too.
It drips! July 6, 2008 M. Godwin (Suffolk UK) I bought this iron after reading the reviews. It's OK while using without the steam, but once filled and on a steam setting, it drips and leaks more than the "Tesco Special" it replaced! Definitely NOT worth the money.
Ironing is a dream with this iron! June 26, 2008 Mrs. L. Shore (Cumbria, UK) It is light, easy to use, looks good and makes short work of ironing cotton, denim and linen. It is much lighter than my old Rowenta Laser iron and doesn't spit or drip water when ironing. I found the water reservoir easy to use (some reviewers have thought it difficult)and love the blue light. Even on dry denim jeans I didn't have to use the steam control on a high setting - 'cotton' and number 2 did the trick.
