I bought this after scouring the market for some cast aluminium pans that didn't cost the earth and i was a little dubious because there were no customer reviews to go by which i find really helpful when i purchase on amazon. But i decided to take the plunge anyway and boy, am i glad i did! it's looks great, it's totally non stick, a solidly built pan, not nearly as heavy as some of the cast iron pans i have (which i'm grateful for, actually) and the efficient heat retention means that it cooks everything so evenly. I love it! i've since purchased the 28cm and i'm planning on getting the 16cm too.
