This Cleaver is ideal for slicing through meat and vegetables. It can also be used for cutting between joints of poultry and meat, although care must be taken to ensure that the blade is not damaged when coming in contact with bone. It features the same ergonomic handle as the rest of the Gourmet Steel range.
