well, i was in a hurry one morning,i have been suffering from neck ache,headaches etc for months....so decided to buy a memory pillow as my mum had one and it had helped her pains...hers was very expensive...so i was amazed at the price of this one....you get what you pay for!! this is not the same as my mums. the "memory" on her pillow takes some visible time to restore to shape. this one just feels like foam to me..i could be wrong. even my 11 yo daughter commented that you cannot see your hand impression as illustrated on the box.
however,just the shape of the pillow has helped,so i will now find a true memory pillow.
