After purchasing the duck feather pillows and the double duvet also duck feather late on a friday afternoon, they both arrived promtly on the following Monday.
In individual zipped re-usable carry cases, the items are beautifull and so so comfortable.
Only negative about them is that they were a bit thinner than i expected considering the tog density. After using them again and again, i realise that this is clearly not a problem, as they are amazingly comfortable and so warm.
Would highly recommend.

Haven't had such a good night's sleep before! These pillows are truly amazing when it comes to comfort. Washed the pillows in my washing machine at 60 degrees and they washed really well. I'll be getting some more of these for my daughter's room! Much better & cheaper than going to house of fraser! Recommended all the way :-)

I bought these pillows and even though they are so comfortable, they really, really smell of duck.
I found the smell so unbearable that after just 2 months I had to throw both of them out.
I didn't notice the smell at first but it gradually got worse and worse, and washing them as advised made no difference.
The smell would cling to my hair and face and it would linger around me all day.
These pillows were fantastic comfort but really not worth it if you have to throw them out because of the over-powering stench.

I was truly amazed at the quality of these pillows for the price and also having rang homescapes and asked a few questions they were most helpful and honest and pointed me in the right direction i shall definitely use them again
